This isn't a new ip, it was on wii and 3ds, Maybe ps3 if i remember right, but as Vladplaya said they are pretty bare boned rail shooters

Watched the trailer, it looks like player is moving on rails, and just controlling the crosshair to shoot stuff... Which is just wrong. Either way, another garbage shooter game.

Light gun videogames aren’t as popular as they once were. One of the biggest hurdles to the success of the genre has always been the need to purchase an expensive accessory alongside the videogame, especially when the lifespan of said videogame is often far less that, say, a first-person shooter (FPS). Avanquest Software are planning on changing this standard, if only in some small way, by concentrating on the strengths of the genre and its appeal to a very wide demographic.
