Ken McKown writes: One of the first things some people muttered when the Wii U was announced was “But will it play Call of Duty?” Well, apparently it will. Activision and Treyarch have delivered Black Ops 2 for the Wii U at launch, and pound for pound, this is the same game on the other consoles. Sure, there are a few omissions, but the new Gamepad screen functions truly make up for it. For those wondering if the biggest game in the business is coming to Wii U; that answer is a wholehearted yes.
Following the Wii U and 3DS servers being taken offline, Call of Duty Black Ops 2 and Ghosts are officially dead.
Call of Duty players are jumping into Black Ops 2 for the final time before its Wii U servers go offline for good.
GTA 5 and Red Dead Redemption 2 leap up due to summer sales
Wow, good games never get old I guess.
CoD will always be a beast of a franchise, and how awesome is it that you can just boot it up or pop it into your Xbox and play, MS BC is really a neat feature.
what i dont get with these people who review this version is the fact they go on about two main things! the online numbers! ok so the console has been out in the USA 9 days and only a 1000 are playing on line at any one time, even thou the miiverse shows over 10,000 people have it so far! plus the game and console has not launched world wide? give it time, you can't compare against consoles that have been out 6 years! wii had near 60,000 playing on line on blops at it's peak! the second point is voice chat! is it that hard to use the pro controller and plug a head set in to the game pad??? you can have it right next to you with the full screen showing the whole map??? thats a win in my eyes! well it looks like people just want to knock the wii u as it seems fashionable to do so
