Or more likely it would look as different as these two versions are (i.e. not a lot). Multiplatform games look almost identical across all systems because the are not built from the ground up to take advantage of each system (i.e. ports)
Image quality is a trade off. Performance is fairly poor on both machines, talking 25 frame averages and as much as 20 percent tearing. 360 has as much tearing as PS3 but seems to hold up a few more frames in the worst conditions.
Nothing bring fanboyism out like a comparison video. I'm not even going to watch the video and I can tell you this. The PS3 and 360 version basically look the same.
