Those guys look like they do not even own HD equipment!!!!
They keep coming back on how good the included remote has to be!!! Sure, it's the most important device in any HD set-up. Then he's suggesting two remotes that are probably the worst ones to control other equipment... What, you think you want to fiddle with 5 remotes all the time??? They most own only Toshiba equipment, because none of those remotes are great when it's time to talk to your other brand amp, hdtv, old dvd player, or don't even dare to talk to a PVR or Sattelite equipment with those.

Then, they say you should pick a HD player based on only 3 reasons. Let see:

1- Does it power up fast??? Hey, you want to watch a 2 hours movie, but you cannot wait 5 seconds for the player to turn on. You have quite a busy life...

2- Was it stable overall??? Sure, you'd be buying a $200 to $500 player (Even more for the 360 set-up) and keep it if it's not stable? Sure, HD-DVD is trying to lower the price as much as they can, but even a $200 Venturer will still be stable enough to play movies. Good survey guys.

3- The convenience of the remote? Let see, average hdtv is close to $2000, then a decent amp is $500. Decent hd player is $400. HDPVR or sat box is about $500 but you cannot afford a SINGLE remote that control all your appliance (logitech harmony are way less than $200 and do the job quite nicely) and you still have to use 5 remotes?

Very good questions for a survey.

But you know that they have no clue what they are talking about when they say, PICK 1080I over 1080P WHY??? Since when interlace is better than progressive?

I'm not even sure I would let these guys connect one of my devices. They would likely fry it in the process. And I'm pretty sure they would not know how to program a decent SINGLE universal remote. Very scary, very, very scary
