I don't get why Coachglass wasn't added to the PS4 version considering that we will have our own, if not more, external devices to display such a thing on. Not only will we have the Vita, we will have iPads and android devices also.

I would've liked to been able to call plays with my iPad. Other than that, the game looks like it's going to be incredible. Looks like a lot of work went into the next-generation versions.

Coachglass is specifically for Smartglass and probably has to do with the Microsoft/EA SPORTS partnership.

However, a Madden developer did say Madden on PS4 would eventually get their version of CoachGlass.

Thanks for the reply, and good to hear. I really want to pick my plays on my iPad. I would also love to design plays on my iPad. again, thanks for the information.

I hope the PS4 gets something like this smart glass feature for the PS4. I am also interested in the Madden Living Worlds feature.

Can't decide if I want this, 2K14, or FIFA 14. They all look good.

Great Article...It makes it seem like Madden may have been improved significantly. I'm still waiting on EA to provide some updated gameplay video. A lot of these gameplay.

Well as being a big Madden fan from Madden '92 to Madden 360 (basically '06), on Genesis/SNES/Saturn/N64/PC/360 , it really sucked to see small updates year after year. It wasn't always like that. But it definitely became that.

I've been waiting for 'next gen' before I bought a new version (though I did pick up a couple of used for $10 in the last 7 years, like the one after my team went to the Superbowl).

While this version definitely doesn't look next gen in terms of graphics, this article has definitely illuminated all the behind the scenes changes.

One aspect that really piques my interest is the return of weight being a major factor. I remember in the N64 version making 7 foot 400 lb RB's and fb's, and just pounding it up the middle and literally injuring a defender on most plays. Pretty funny stuff.

I don't know if it'll be that extreme, but I have a feeling some funny stuff will occur if you do that in this version.

So I'll say this article sold me on the game. Overall I now feel comfortable purchasing this game.
