I was thinking about getting only because I heard about the fact that it can do some emulation and that would be nice.

That said I kinda don't want to buy it just for it to not be supported or fade away as a fad. So I think I will wait about a year and if it's still around and still kicking I will pick one up for sure. Hell if I have a decent bit of extra cash before then I won't mind getting it early. 100$ isn't really all that much in the grand scheme of things.

I was using it at my friends house earlier this week. He just got it. Its actually pretty fun. I can see it being a forced to be reckoned with if combined with the Oculus Rift.

I want one just for console and arcade emulation on my TV.

Would be cool, if my $240 tablet already didn't do this, and is capable of being on the go.

I also like how I can just download .apk from my pc and install things with ease when they aren't on the market.

True but your tablet doesn't come with a full sized controller and not everyone has a tablet. But I get wut u say.

No, it doesn't come with one you are right.

However, I did have a ps3, and a extra controller which I kept when I sold it.

Which is now synced to my PC and my tablets. *all 3 actually*, And I'll usually put the controller in my bag before I go to work or out for the day.
