Oh look, a lvl cap update and a difficulty update and it's free! Amazing really, why aren't they charging $5 for it, because we all know they must have spent thousands of hours developing this content.

All I've noticed since installing 1.9 - is that my 360 freezes a lot now.. 5 times in the last hour.. it's almost like playing it on my PS3.

I have no freezes on PS3. What was the last time you played Skyrim on PS3?

Last week - 1.8 barely walked 5ft down the road and I got a hard freeze.. I'll update to 1.9 later and see if it helps.

I'm all for having the Legendary skill reset (because, honestly, I'll never level up past 60 any other way) but I'm really going to hate starting Enchanting off at level 15 again.

I guess I am confused.... Why would I want to undo my perks, and re-level them? This sounds like a "fake" level cap release. Wouldn't that kind of nerf my level 60 character? Now I can fight and kill strong enemies, but forget about creating good armor anymore? What am I missing?

I think the idea is that your skill levels that have been maxed out (say Smithing) reset to level 15, but your overall level (mine is currently 57) stays the same. Then when you relevel them, it helps the overall leveling again.
