"this played to the advantage of Saints Row IV and served as a just reminder that GTA V will have plenty of competition once it drops in September."

Competition...from Saints Row 4

HA

Not even close

If the control is better in GTA V than it was in GTA IV, then Rockstar has no competition whatsoever. Sleeping Dogs, Watch Dogs, Saints Row, doesn't matter. None of them will touch GTA, period.

GTA is one of the most phenomenal games i have ever played. that said, i cant believe people think its just going to blow every other sandbox game out of the water. games like saints row and sleeping dogs have a TON of advantages over GTA 4. unless were talking strictly about sales numbers, you can bet that GTA5 is going to have a whole lot of competition from other sandbox games.

any game that has an auto-aim MULTIPLAYER mechanic, needs serious work....

Idk, i think people rather buy both GTA and for example watchdogs, then skipping GTA for watchdogs.
That's what i'll do at least. Idc they both are a sadbox game, its not like you can only play one

Oh and just so u know, if u mean GTA's multiplayer with the auto aim, you can turn that off, just set your preferences to dissallow.

Finally glad to see someone else agrees that other sandbox games could easily contend with GTA . Saints Row is a game that doesn't take itself seriously and it's that funny, over the top approach that plays to their advantage with fans. With Sleeping Dogs, no one can deny that the combat mechanics are way better in that game then any GTA game currently on the market. The verdict is still out on GTA V until we actually see gameplay which we still haven't seen yet. Saints Row IV had gameplay at PAX East and just by them being there people will remember this game that much more.
