Lego games are generic cash-ins.

You will miss some great experiences if you pass up mature games.

How?

I'll miss out on Dark settings, Grey & Brown colors, cheesy acting with poorly timed swear words, killing, death, more death.....o yea sounds real fun.

Your deluded mate. Pokemon is about capturing innocent animals and murdering other taimers ones. The game itself is very cheesy with the same storyline in each game i.e. a hero a group of badasses and a legendary involved at the end (a rival also) Which in turn is the same game rehashed and i cant believe im saying this but even cod is more innovative with each installment.

Get your ass down a used game store and please try some different games i can assure you there are some really good games out there that dont get alot of press.

Talk about delusion. If you think that's all mature games have to offer, you've probably never played any non-Nintendo console in your life.

Uh enjoying two series aimed at all audiences equates to mature games (which are the majority of games nowadays) being unneeded?

Sounds like the article writer was easily brainwashed by all the negative press mature games have been getting since the Sandy Hook shooting.

Pokemon is a mature game, hidden in a childish premise. All the depth and stats in that game as well as the sheer length of time as well as the occasional grind it takes to beat it are just ridiculous. It looks like it's not a mature game, but it really is.

I can't wait for these games, they both look awesome. Lego Marvel will be my 3rd Lego game this year and a 3DS Pokemon game is what I've been waiting for for two years.

I think there is definitely room for both. To say "who needs mature games" is a bit of a stretch.

I'm probably most looking forward to Last Of Us and Pokemon this year...

Lego Marvel? Hells yes!

I couldn't care less what people see as mature or not. Screw validation, the 10-year-old me is hyped.
