I'm not made of money, and having two kids I have better things to spend my dollars on, so when I'm finished with a game I tend to trade them in towards other games. Something is better than nothing, right?

And yet I've been that kid in the picture, feeling like I just got used when my 3 games that're less than a year old net me less than $20. I suppose I could go through the effort to try and sell them online but for me it's a convenience thing. I don't want to have to worry about replying to buyers or shipping items, printing out postage, etc. I've got things to do. It's much easier to just drop off some games while I was going to the store anyway to pick up a new title.

Still doesn't make me feel any better. There was one time, I can't remember what game it was but the EBGames offered my something like 2 bucks. At that point I'd rather give it away and at least know my game was getting played. I turned around to the store and said "Anyone want a free version of game x?" and just handed it off.
