the problem with digital. the company can lock you out of the content you paid money for.

Hard copies will always be better than digital.

This sets a dangerous precident that they can modify the T&C anytime they want and if you don't like it say bye bye to your games collection.

I can't wait to see this practice squashed in European courts, digital distribution is going way too far with EULA's and T&C's and claiming that people don't own the software they have bought.

Any other industry would be laughed out of court if they tried to tie a EULA to their products, software is a relatively new industry and legalities are lagging behind the industry but this matrix that digital distributors have invented is definitely not right.
