In addition to FIFA 15 and NHL 15, EA will be adding Need for Speed Rivals to The Vault, so subscribers will be able to play as much of that game as they want for as long as they want.

Sweet. I said when they added Rivals I would give it whirl and try it for a year. Guess I better live up to my end of the deal.

come_bom3522d ago

They will probably add a new game every month.

They don't have the catalogue to do that for long. I reckon 2-4 months between games will be quite typical. Plants vs zombies will be before year end.

Thank God I didn't buy it with the deals for gold this past weekend. I was on the fence so I am glad I held off.

HacSawJimThugin3522d ago

I was on vacation and I told myself just wait until you get home before you make a decision but I ended up buying it via Smartglass...man I should have waited.

@ Jeff
Same here. I was going to pick it up, glad I held off. I've been wanting to play this game for a while now.

@ hacsaw
That sux, lol.

JeffGUNZ3522d ago

@ hac,

Damn man, well apparently they won't be adding it for a few weeks so $25 bucks wasn't a bad deal.

@ BX81.

I want it but didn't want to invest money into with Destiny right around the corner.

it's nice that EA are giving at least a little bit if advanced warning.

I'm so happy with this service

I love ea access...I would have never tried out FIFA because I'm not a huge soccer fan...but wow I love this game now....going into my third season....I will never disrespect Football ever again..and having the ability to trade in BF 4 and still play it with friends was amazing...my GF didn't like Peggle but oh well I've only spent 5-10 dollars on the service so far...so it has been a win...can't wait for NFS rivals...and bring on FIFA 15 to early access

qwerty6763522d ago

yeah that seems to be the big draw for me.

games that i would never try or buy i can now check out for 5 bucks a month.

really great service.

Crazay3522d ago (Edited 3522d ago )

I'm enjoying the service thus far as well. Sure there isn't much content yet but it's coming and I think there's going to be a bright future. Can't bloody wait to play NHL this week and weekend. That way I can pick up Destiny next week and not feel like I shelved my new NHL game too early.

That's the beauty of this program. I would never have played FIFA but I did and actually found myself having fun with it. I personally would also never buy a racing game because, admittedly, I'm AWFUL at them but I'm going to play NFS for sure. It give people a chance to play something they would otherwise overlook and possibly making new fans of the series thereby potentially selling extra copies of the next iteration to those people.

tgunzz3522d ago

Awww shucks, bring it on....

Izzy4083522d ago

Oooh, yeah. I'm definitely trying it out now.

Illusive_Man3522d ago

More Vaults please! And publishers... Go ahead and dump those large back catalogs. Give me a Ubisoft, Sega, Square Enix, Take Two, 2k, and Activision vaults and let me choose when to subscribe!
