Rumor – Is Ultra Street Fighter IV Coming To PlayStation 4?

MP1st - Ultra Street Fighter IV is now available for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 owners who wish to digitally upgrade older versions of Super Street Fighter IV. The PC version, as well as physical retail copies of the full console game, are poised to launch in August. But it now appears that Capcom’s fighter may come to another platform as well.

The more fighting games on PS4, the better

Would be nice, all those cool fights now recorded! I love fighting games, and the Share button is perfect for them!

I would be shocked if it wasn't, but Capcom decision making has been a bit suspect at times (no monster hunter on PS Vita or PS3)

But bro, they gotta milk that Street Fighter 4 for every cent its worth.

MrSwankSinatra3605d ago (Edited 3605d ago )

They can't even afford Street Fighter V. Crapcom has had so many financial blunders over these years that they should feel lucky to still even be a active company.

Regardless do you really want SF5 as one of the first PS4/XB1 fighting games ? I'd rather they release it after a bit more time and experience with those consoles

This coming to PS4 would actually give people a good reason to buy it. Hope they do it.

Looking back to 2014 and Ultra Street Fighter IV

Jahanzeb writes: "It’s easy to make fun of fighting game revisions/expansions, but there’s no denying each entry bolstered the fighting roster and gameplay substantially, particularly with the swansong entry Ultra Street Fighter IV."

'After the release of Street Fighter III: Third Strike in 1999, Capcom took the cast of world warriors on a bit of a detour with the Street Fighter Zero/Alpha prequel series.'.

Alpha was released in 1995.
