I hope we don't have to wait for the second expansion to be completed before we see a PS4 release of the Ultimate Evil Edition. I've been waiting 2 years already :(

I wouldn't mind. Patience is a virtue

Ratty3645d ago

I've been waiting as well. I'm still expecting it this year. Knowing Blizzard, they've already started working on the next expansion and it's probably not coming for (at the very least) another year or three.

Give me a classic characters expansion and bring back the assassin, necromancer, druid

In all honesty I'd just be happy if they would start work on d4 for x1/ps4/pc, don't really need another expansion, just wasting time while they could be working on a new game.

Baka-akaB3645d ago (Edited 3645d ago )

You really expect D4 so soon ? i very much doubt it . Blizzard isnt in the habit of pumping sequels every 3-4 years . I'm not even sure we'll see a diablo 4 before the end of the ps4/xb1's lifetimes .You'll get another expansion or two at wait , and then wait and suffer as usual :p

Muzikguy3645d ago

@nope Yes!! Don't see patience much anymore. Then again, things that take extremely long and shouldn't are also in abundance

My gut tells me they should've done this before making Diablo3. I was so mad when I took the game home.... Haven't touched it since the first few weeks. I keep reading how they changed a bunch of stuff, I'm just waiting on the PS4 release to check it out again. I'm to the point if I get disappointed, no more Blizzard games. I had so much anticipation for D3 after spending hundreds of hours on D2. I couldn't even play the game for 2 hours at a time :/

I'm sure there are people out there that enjoy this game but I wasn't one of them. Just waiting for the PS4 version now

If it does happen, hopefully it'll come to consoles too.

ShadyDevil3645d ago

Ultimate Supreme Evil Edition? (greatest name ever)

Mankey3645d ago

@ShadyDevil

LOL, I'd love to see they do that. Betting it would be released as DLC via PSN though.

stavrami-mk23645d ago

how about survey a ps4 release date out your ass.!.!.!. i'm busting out the seems to get my mitts on this

Daver3645d ago

Stop working on that game and instead start work on diablo4 which i hope will be good

Nerdmaster3645d ago

Do they ask if we want the effing always online thing to disappear?

Cyberpunk and No Man's Sky have to be up there. We're lucky and cursed, equally, to have games that can be updated now. For folks old enough to remember the Sega/SNES into PS1 and even 2 eras, if a game came out that was half baked (*cough*Angel of Darkness*cough*) that was it, no redemption. At the same time, having the option for updates shouldn't be an excuse for half assing games.

thorstein78d ago

I remember when the Nintendo Seal of Approval meant something.

All those games had to release without bugs.

shinoff218379d ago

Comebacks shouldnt be a thing in videogames. Just saying.

Diablo III - Still a Huge Draw in the Face of Diablo IV

Diablo III still works on modern PlayStation and Xbox consoles, and remains hugely playable a decade after initial release.

Palitera387d ago

Are you comparing a continuously improved 10+ years old masterpiece with the... beta of an unreleased game?

kevco33387d ago

Heh, yeah. There's no comparison in here! Its a commentary on how III is still very playable over a decade later.

Diablo III Season 28 Brings a New Use for the Staff of Herding

Diablo III: Season 28 brings with it the Altar of Rites, an altar full of unlockable bonuses and potions that will require the gathering of tons of resources.
