Between all the inFAMOUS: Second Son pictures leaked by many over the past few days, there was something missing, a glimpse on how the game looks on PS Vita via remove play.

What the hell are you guys expecting? Its the exact same game, same graphics as on the PS4.. Because its just streaming. And having an off-screen picture of the vita doesnt help either.

I agree to an extent but are clicking the article that's why it gets "hotter". So basically there are people interested in seeing this even if you aren't. There might be people that want to see how a certain games looks on different TVs too.

So if I take my camera and take a picture of my galaxy s4 AMOLED screen, and send it to your sony xperia Z1..you can see how good an AMOLED looks? No you cant. Articles like this are stupid

Anyways remote play is a feature that a lot of people are interested in articles like these so if your not then why are you commenting about it? Everyone else is talking about how it looks good etc. (even though I can't tell) and your the only one in here being negative.

The point is to remind people that this feature exists and to promote the vita more.

Its easy to forget or overlook the fact that all games are playable via remote play from ps4 on vita.
For the average joe gamer who only just got into gaming or the playstation who is interested in this game may find this to be new news.

Good to hear, but upload matters most in the case of playing away from home. Also, make sure any internet connection your on doesn't block PSN.

I made the mistake of buying a used PS3 controller from gamestop once, and man it was nasty. The dpad looked just like the one in the picture. Moral of the story; spend the extra ten bucks and just buy a new one.

Gravity Rush was my favorite. It was a PS3-quality title that got redone for Vita exclusivity.

Depends what types of games you're into. Get PS+ first and try to get a high capacity Vita memory card on the cheap. They're proprietary so not just any memory card will work. PS+ will get you up to 3 games right when you get it and your library should build up without even needing to purchase a game, the two mainstay games that will always and forever (probably) be on PS+ are Gravity Rush and Uncharted GA, so don't pick them up at a store or on PSN, unless you're getting it free from PS+ on PSN.

The games you should purchase are Tearaway, Persona 4 Golden, Killzone Mercenary, Soul Sacrifice (maybe), Toukiden, Need For Speed MW (great port), Sonic Racing Transformed, various PS1/PSP games, Ys Memories of Celceta, Hotline Miami (cross buy with PS3), Rayman Legends, Lone Surviver (should be free this Tuesday with PS+ though), Muramasa Rebirth, Guacamelee (cross-buy), Zero Escape: Virtue's Last Reward (maybe), FFX/X-2 HD (cross-save but not cross-buy) Wipeout 2048, and Super Stardust Delta (many more, but I think that's good for now). There's also a ton of great indies for it and my most anticipated game of this year, second to inFAMOUS SS, is Luftrausers which is also cross-buy for PS3/PS4/Vita, but I'm gonna mostly play it on my Vita because it's perfectly suited for it, and it's out this Tuesday!!!

Get your equipment, be a creator rather than a consumer on this one (assuming you intend to use it in a meaningful way). Those Vita experiences will still be there at a later date, you may miss that special one-off moment without your DSLR.

That's my advice (but I am a filmmaker, so it's slightly biased).

Then again, I suppose it depends on the equipment you intend to buy and how important it is to your setup.

Imagine they made Gaikai so that if you owned a PS4 game, you could stream it from the cloud to your Vita and play it anywhere you have internet (like an upgraded Remote Play)

Probably would have to have a paid subscription for that, but it'd be amazing

Remote Play can run really well over distant wifi.. I played assassins creed 4 in my breaks at work. Don't really need it streamed from gaikai when you can stream it to yourself. (Though that may be more convenient in some cases)

It is just me, or is the wireless on the PS4 worse than the PS3? I'm constantly getting disconnected from wireless, and Remote Play is near useless over my home wireless setup. I even bought a wireless bridge to boost the signal but it's still practically unusable for me. :(

Maybe an incompatibility with your router? Ive had some weird inexplicable devices that don't play nicely together before.

I use ethernet now though, even though it meant drilling holes through various walls/ floors. :)

I might get disagrees from Sony fan Boys but....I Just watched a gameplay trailer of this game & being honest, although the graphics look great, the gameplay isn't grabbing me like i thought it would. i'm kinda loosing interest in this game now.

The gameplay doesn't look that interesting to me. Attacks seem soft & quiet. Too much bright colours & fairy dust going on. I think hard hitting Blue electricity & epic sound effects would improve the gameplay. Right now, from what i've seen, Bayonetta 2 gameplay looks Waaay more fun & has more frantic action going on.

To those that think this article is a waste of time...you have to realize that when psp and vita came out we were promised with remote play as the standard feature to go along with your ps3 and ps4. They certainly dropped the ball with coverage on the ps3 but they have, so far, delivered with the ps4. Ps4 & the PS VITA are beautiful together. The reason why this article has relevance to the gaming culture is because remote play is finally here and the public loves it. Every article that simply shows "This is how so-in-so looks on the psvita" is basically giving a proverbial "pat on the back" for Sony following through to have remote play. So, in short...thanks Sony for not dropping the ball on this. Vita owners are very happy.

sweet.. I hardly use remote play but its a nice feature to have regardless.. I love my vita but mainly use it for its own games & not remote play.. I hope theres a 2nd screen app for this game to have the map in real time on the vita, phone, or tablet.. Ill use it for that
