What a generous prize!

Luckily, March isn't short on games to review and talk about. Should be plenty of great reviews and blogs to choose from! :D

Good luck to everyone who enters!

FogLight3702d ago

It is indeed generous, and I would hope for a non-PS4 owner to win this contest.

Also March is indeed a big month so can't wait to see what it has to offer :3

We have a monthly prize budget and are buying the PS4's (or Amazon gift card at the some value) for the winners.

It would've been great if the PS4's were given to us, though - we'd have more money to spend on the prizes! If you can convince them, let me know.

:)

Christopher3700d ago

Whoa whoa whoa there, Cat! You're giving the impression that we're not paid Sony fanboys. What is wrong with you?!?

Of course, we have stacks of PS4s just laying around the office. Heck, stubbed my little toe on one the other day, causing me to hurt my achilles tendon, resulting in me wearing a boot for a few weeks.

FogLight3702d ago

Just a question, what if the winner already has the PS4? (Unless you guys would just look for reviews that aren't for PS4 version of the games).

If the winner does indeed own a PS4, will he/she get the Amazon Gift Card instead of the console or it is just for people who can't get the PS4 shipped from you guys?

Cat3702d ago

If the winner has a PS4 and prefers to not have a second PS4, they can receive the prize value in Amazon gift card or via PayPal.

FogLight3702d ago

That is EXTREMELY generous then. Now that is what I can call a big contest!

Good luck everyone, I can already smell people typing on their keyboards :3

That's pretty awesome. I've been wanting to do another review lately, and with South Park coming out in a couple of days I'll probably try my hand at that one. :]

I do wish all who write up a blog or review the best of luck. I love that N4G does things like this.

FogLight3702d ago (Edited 3702d ago )

I think it would be Thief and MGSV Ground Zeroes for me. I have a feeling that I will get InFamous SS at April :/

I would be interested to read your South Park SoT review :3

Like I said, good luck everyone! We all want to see some good content in both review and blog sections :D

Snookies123702d ago (Edited 3702d ago )

Ah cool, I'd certainly appreciate it! Anyone who checks out any of my blogs/reviews for that matter. I've always honestly wanted to get into game journalism, I just haven't found a good opportunity to try. So, I'm always a little pressured by myself to make sure if I do write a blog/review that it's something I myself would like to read. XD

I'd be more than happy to check out a review of Thief or MGS by you as well. Very interested in MGS particularly. I've been a huge fan of Metal Gear since its origins. :]

FogLight3701d ago

I really am worried about my MGSV GZ review for some reason though... Maybe I am just kind of worried about the game itself though :/

Nah stop being skeptical Fog! MGSV is gonna rock.

coolbeans3702d ago

Will be interesting to see the influx of blogs and reviews for this month. Maybe user reviews will fly off the front page as quick as blogs typically do now.

Best of luck to all contestants and have fun.

FogLight3702d ago (Edited 3702d ago )

With InFamous, Dark Souls II, MGSV Ground Zeroes and Titanfall coming out... Yep, reviews will definitely be off the hook for March

Snookies123702d ago

Definitely agree with FogKnight22. So many good games coming out in March. We'll be seeing a lot of interesting reviews coming in! It's certainly a great time to be a gamer, no matter what system you choose to play on. :]

ABizzel13702d ago (Edited 3702d ago )

Ooooooh, It's time to dig into all those blog topics I have, and get to writing these reviews.

Good Luck everybody, although I secretly hope I'm one of the winners :D

Ranking the Devil May Cry Series

VGChartz's Mark Nielsen: "Upon finally finishing Devil May Cry 5 recently - after it spent several years on my “I’ll play that soon” list - I considered giving it a fittingly-named Late Look article. However, considering that this was indeed the final piece I was missing in the DMC puzzle, I decided to instead take this opportunity to take a look back at the entirety of this genre-defining series and rank the entries. What also made this a particularly tempting notion was that while most high-profile series have developed fairly evenly over time, with a few bumps on the road, the history of Devil May Cry has, at least in my eyes, been an absolute roller coaster, with everything from total disasters to action game gold."

First to last for me...3,4,5,1,2.

Friendlygamer2m ago

3,1,4,5 to me, never played 2. 5 gameplay is amazing but level design was really disappointing to me, just a bunch of plain arenas, the story felt like a worse written rehash of the 3rd and the charater models looked weird ( specially the ladies ). Another problem with 5 was that there was not enough content for 3 charaters so I could never really familiarize with any of them
