I feel Final Fantasy XV can restart the popularity of the franchise.

also the Japaneses get cooler names for the games, "Psycho Break" is so much better than "The Evil Within", same thing with the original Resident Evil/Biohazard

Wii U sales will skyrocket when Mario Kart comes out.

I'm amused that Watch Dogs is there. Good job, Ubisoft.

patrik223740d ago

First 5 places PS3 & PS4 games.

Good job SONY

Geobros3740d ago

Its funny that Super Smash Bros for 3DS is more wanted than the same game in Wii U which is not even in the list. :o

Metallox3740d ago

You know, Nintendo just killing more and more the Wii U.

Blastoise3740d ago

Handhelds are doing great in Japan at the moment, especially the 3DS. The Wii U version is aimed at the Western market I imagine.

truechainz3740d ago

Yeah it makes sense since handhelds are king in Japan. Most half-way competitive players will get it for Wii U or both since the control sticks will be much better for the game than the circle pad.

Blastoise3740d ago

Persona 5, Freedom Wars, Dark Souls 2 and The Evil Within. 2014 is a good year for Japanese games

Inception3740d ago

Yeah but not a good year for our wallet >.<

Blastoise3740d ago

No not at all lol. There's loads more too like Y's, Toukiden and Danganronpa ect

Hicken3740d ago

Now if only those- particularly Persona and Freedom Wars- could make it to the US this year, I'd be a happy camper.

Blastoise3740d ago

Freedom wars will, i'd bet my Vita on it. Persona will too I bet, but we'll have to beg SEGA for half a year first lol

Glad that I absolutely can't stand subscription services.

Petebloodyonion2d ago (Edited 2d ago )

I don't recall Sony forcing you to subscribe like nobody forced you to go to Blockbuster to rent games instead of buying them.

SonyStyled2d ago

Pay-per-view was almost cheaper than the cost of gas and rental fee from Blockbuster. Blockbuster doesn’t exist today. Are you being sarcastic?

Final Fantasy XV Review – A Royal Road Trip

Gary Green said: With my fondness for (most) Final Fantasy games and my side goal of finishing off games in my collection with loose ends, a return to Final Fantasy XV seemed inevitable. It also serves as my third Final Fantasy platinum trophy after VII and VIII, a reasonable substitute since Final Fantasy IX is nigh on impossible to master.
