How are you going to tell me what I've played? Yes, I played Ryse and I found it to be repetitive. Yes, the graphics and character models are stunning (Sometimes I had to stop to admire the scenery). Yes, the kills in the game are brutal and cool to look at but there isn't much there besides that. Maybe they will be able to nail gameplay in a sequel. I'll look forward to that.

Fighter Within.... Fighter Within.... It was just plain awful. Please don't make me relive it.....

RYSE isn't GOTY material, but to classify it in a worst of 2013 list, seems a bit extreme... I'd say it's biggest flaw is repetitiveness. From a graphics side it's phenomenal, and from a technical side, (glitches, controls, etc.) it's also well done. I'm really not seeing how it qualifies as a "worst of 2013" game, unless you are simply putting all parameters used to judge these things aside, and using nothing but opinion to cast your vote.

Ryse? your list i'd agree with other than that. Ryse Graphics , yes are amazing, best so far of next gen, but even though its a bit repetitive, it doesn't make it terrible, it just makes the gameplay average, at worst, its an average game with amazing graphics.

Can't believe so many people are calling out Ryse. I really enjoyed the game the only real issue is the lack of depth to the combat. Backed up by a good story, great visuals and a decent multiplayer it doesn't deserve to be listed next to games like Survival Instinct and Ride to Hell.

I enjoyed ryse too. Sweet game but hope in the sequel the gameplay can match the amazing graphics though...atleast god of war ascension director is on board now so there will be no excuses this time

1. Fuse- worlds most generic game.
2. Dark- terrible controls, AI, level design, game mechanics, voice acting, script.
3. Ride to Hell Retribution- ummm, how did this get released? And after like 5 years in development?
4. Sly Cooper Thieves in Time- like Socom 4 and the ps3 God of War games, it feels like a ps2 game... And thats not a good thing.
5. Gears of War Judgement- New campaign format was a bust (felt more like a dlc idea stretched out to an entire game). Multiplayer changes made it unplayable for the core crowd and they took out Horde Mode??? Almost a franchise killing title.

Honorable mentions... Flashback (boring, bad controls). God of War Ascension (basically no story and no weapons and the most lazy idea for implementing magic).
Still havent played Star Trek of Aliens Colonial Marines yet...but pretty much everything else.

I thought Fuse was really fun in local co-op. But i know what you mean.

I loved Sly 4 :/ It took me back to my childhood, i disagree, it CAN be a great thing.

I thought it LOOKED great, but it just felt so dated. I hoped they could have evolved the gameplay. And those boss fights were infuriating. I still think Fuse would have been better as Overstrike. But it looks like that art style is moving towards Sunset Overdrive. Im still unconvinced that Insomniac can make a truly great game.

You know, it's a shame a game like Ride to Hell wasn't created by a better team. The premise is great. A biker action oriented open world game where you could upgrade your bike, and live like a Son of Anarchy, but ended up being a bastard of chaos...such a shame.

Ride to Hell (how apt of a name) is such a complete piece of **** that I first thought that it was bad on purpose, for parody reasons, but nope. It's not parody. It's just that terrible.

The game feels like it wasn't finished, like it was cobbled together at the last minute.

Bioshock Infinite...still, even after all this time, am pissed that this game was so bad. Repetitive, uninspiring characters and levels, mediocre graphics, etc.

Definitely my personal worst of 2013.

Well thank goodness people have opinions, eh? I certainly know I'm far from the only person that feels this way!

Either way...as a FPS in my eyes it was mediocre over all with the story being the only quasi-interesting part. Even then though it wasn't THAT good if you've ever watched or read any sci-fi in the past 10 years.

As a Shock game it is easily the weakest of them all. Ending felt straight made up and had no place in the over all series.

Ok, I gameflyed Ride to Hell and I gotta say it may be the worst POS , well, ever maybe. I was hoping Road Rash meets Sons of Anarchy or something but , wow.....I just cant believe that was the best they could do.
