PlayStation 4 Actual Hard Drive Space

Here are the install file sizes for every downloadable PS4 game and app, along with the total amount of space needed. Keep in mind the PS$ also uses storage space for its OS and vital functions. Downloaded videos take up space too, and so do game data files, albeit very little space.

It also seems the PS4 has more Hard Drive Space than the X1 when you include the OS and apps.

Like the PS3/Xbox360 generation the memory footprint for the OS's is likely to shrink, thereby giving back some of that excess space.

Thats what I got. Had it before I had my PS4 so I could put it in right away.

is it just a plug in kinda thing? or are there some screen that will pop up?

It's as easy as sliding a lid off and undoing 5 screws. One thing to keep in mind though is don't download the playstation firmware with chrome. For some reason it was giving me all kinds of fits trying to detect and install the firmware. Tried downloading it with IE and went through without the slightest hiccup.

Is there a good 2TB drive available?

If your looking for an SSHD (hybrid drive), than I don't think there is a 2TB option. If your just looking for a HDD, then there are 2tb options

Edit: Scratch that, I'm not even sure if there is a 2tb option, although I saw 1.5tb
