Nintendo sold 450,000 3DS's in October. #1 hardware for the 6th straight month. Nintendo, Rockstar (GTA5) and Pokemon were the top sellers. 360 was the top selling home console (reclaiming that position from PS3 last month).

majiebeast3814d ago

The last month it will ever be number 1.

stop hating and get over it

ApolloTheBoss3814d ago

What's there to hate? He's only speaking the truth.

majiebeast3814d ago (Edited 3814d ago )

2 new consoles releasing while the sales of 360 and ps3 havent been amazing this past year. Makes it easy to say 360s last month as nr1.

thereapersson3814d ago (Edited 3814d ago )

opinska, not only is he speaking the truth, it's pure logic when you consider the new systems coming out. Expect the last-gen CONSOLES to fall behind until there is another dramatic price drop. The XOne and the PS4 are going to dominate the charts.

That's what I thought you were getting at when I saw your post. New hardware is coming out so I also doubt the 360 will take the number 1 spot again if the new consoles can keep up with the supply and demand. This is the longest generation ever. I think most are excited for new hardware, I know I am, and will make the switch to the new generation faster than any previous gen.

Mhmmmm PS4 is #1 from this point foward. Hopefully PS4 will beat the 3DS. I think it has a chance to do it.

Hahaha Haha haha haha haha haha aaaaaaaaaaaa haha haha

mikeslemonade3814d ago (Edited 3814d ago )

If your laughing to disagree I will atleast be right for this month. PS4 will sell several million alone in the month of November.

And PS4 seems like it can take a "PS2 like" domination this generation, and the PS2 is #1 by 4 million units compared to the DS1. PS3 is sitting at 80 million sold right now and considering PS4 is launching the same time as the X1 while be $200 cheaper than the PS3(no inflation adjustments).

It will easily sell 100 million units in its life time. 110 million would be the low end. So if you are not able to look at simple trends and math procedures then keep on laughing like an imbecile.

Theyellowflash303814d ago

The PS4 will not beat the 3DS in worldwide sales, maybe NPD in the beginning. But worldwide the 3DS sells to much in Japan.

Skip_Bayless3814d ago

I said it has a chance to do it. Also with WiiU and X1 destined to sell less than its predesscors, some of those sales will go to the PS4.

It depends, they do have a $99 console for black friday. That's impulse buy pricing.

6 Fun Games Where You Actually Play As The Bad Guy

While the mainstream media always sees things turning in favor of the hero, here are 6 games that own being a bad guy.

Profchaos4h ago

Pretty much all of these games listed are based around a morality system you don't have to be bad and you don't have to be good.

It seems to have left out some real amazing games like red dead redemption 1/2,ass effect and true crime la/ny

Armored Core VI?

Ok, I'm really missing something here. Just beat chapter 3 earlier this evening, unlocked A-rank Arena fights. I'm not seeing or sensing any branching paths or morality system and I've done every side mission and arena fight available to me up to that fight.

Is something big coming soon to branch the story?

banger883h ago

No mention of Grand Theft Auto? Saints Row (original trilogy), Manhunt? Also The Suffering (depending on the ending you get).

I never got around to mass effect - I’m skeptical that it would hold up if I were to try it now
