What? You should already own one.

I'll say if you have the money to spend on both then yes. Vita has a BIG library of game and with the remote play feature you'll be good to go.

I've been saying this for a while but if you're not a fan of the $200 price point, look for one on ebay and craigslist.

I have found both mine and my roommates that way for around $120 each. They were both practically brand new and came wtih a few extras too!

That way it brings it down to around the $500 price point with PS4. Hmm do I want a X1 and kinect or a PS4 and Vita that not only functions with the PS4 but is badass enough on its own...

I own one so I would say yes... but in reality:
Wait to see how the Remote Play feature pans out. Then see if it appeals to you.

Just think of all the crazy games that you can play while taking a crap!
(Wipes a tear away, then wipes again, the future is finally here.)

My actual dream is play Demon´s Souls 2 in my VITA

OlgerO3818d ago

If you want to play great games like Destiny, infamous second son, battlefield 4, the witcher 3, Uncharted 4, The order 1886, fallout 4 on your Vita anywhere in your house whenever you want, and play a great selection of Vita games everywere in the world Then yes. if you dont like any of these things then no.

Elda3818d ago

Bought 3 already lost the first 2.

JoGam3818d ago

Dude how did you lose them?

Elda3818d ago (Edited 3818d ago )

1st one fell out my back pocket carelessly, while riding my bike, the 2nd fell in the toilet, all this happened within 5 weeks, something in the cards didn't want me to have a Vita.

SonyStyled3818d ago

thats almost as bad as my lil bro losing both his car keys and cell phone in the same toilet flush. and no im not kidding. phone stayed in the bowl. keys are somewhere between the toilet and the water treatment facility

I love the PS4 to Vita connectivity, but I'm still not seeing any impressive titles on the Vita that scream BUY ME! The remote play feature is cool but not for $200

Gravity Rush is the best game of 2012 ( Virtue's Last Reward a close second)IMO.

Neonridr3818d ago

Depends on if the Remote Play features work accordingly, and if it's something that you want. Asking someone to spend an additional $200+ when they've already spent close to $500 already with their PS4 (console, game) could be pushing it.

Down the road perhaps.

Fallout 4 is now available on next-gen consoles, but PS Plus users might be left disappointed

Probably won't happen for PS+ since Sony makes a clear distinction between a PS4 game and a PS5 game, unlike PC and Xbox where it is not a specific device game (It's now always an Xbox game).

So to make the PS5 game of fallout 4 available. Bethesda would need to renegotiate the complete deal with Sony.
hence why there's often only the PS4 version of the game available on PS+.

Let's hope Bethesda and Sony can arrive to term quickly.

I think a hard copy should be relatively cheap at this point.
