Sony Germany Taunts Microsoft Over Call of Duty's Resolution on Social Media, Then Deletes it All

The news that Call of Duty: Ghosts will run at 1080p native on PS4 and 720p upscaled on Xbox One created some rather salty responses. Apparently one of said response came directly from the German branch of Sony, that then decided to try and delete every trace of it. Of course it didn't work.

Perhaps you should do a Google search on "Microsoft servers hacked". You'd be shocked how often MS has been hacked in it's history. They are a prime target for such a thing, ranking up there with world governments.

But go ahead, explain away why that's OK, yet it's a big deal for Sony. Hacking is bad for everyone, and it shouldn't be excused, but the blame lies with the hackers.

Think of it this way. I go and hack into your computer, steal all your personal information which I'm sure is readily available and not likely very well protected in the first place. Would you blame me, or would you blame yourself?

Truth is, if hackers want personal information, they can quite easily get it from millions of users on the internet who don't have the first clue how to even begin protecting their computer from hacks. In Sony's case, the sensitive data was encrypted. What do you do? Rely on MS Windows Security for that sort of thing? What a joke.

I think I mentioned in a post somewhere else, that many posters use anonymity to spout abuse. Simply because they know they are faceless and will not be caught.
