Nobody should make more than 100,000; nobody NEEDS to make anything more than two million in their entire lifetime, considering two million will pay for all basic living expenses for 80 years and that's if you're paying $2,000 per month (which is rounding up a generous amount).

EA is based in the Bay Area. An average single story 3 to 4 bedroom house in an average neighborhood costs about $500 - $600K.....easy, and that's only if you're compromising.
I'm not exaggerating either.

Property Taxes alone would be about 8 to 9 grand per year on that, btw.
