Why I Love GTA V’s Trevor Philips

You wouldn’t want Trevor to be your friend but his lens on the world is always entertaining. He’s a complete narcissist, the psychopathic CEO of Trevor Phillips Inc. (Industries), someone who lets nothing and nobody stand in his way. In that sense, he sounds a lot like many other CEOs.

I really like playing as him as well. He's absolutely insane, but he pulls no punches and tells people exactly what he thinks all the time.

Emilio_Estevez3866d ago

Mine too.

I wondered if I should feel bad for liking such a vile character, but I guess I shouldn't.

Stsonic3866d ago

I like playing a trevor and michael the most, I find franklin's character is a lot less polished imo.

EdoubleD3866d ago

I see that, I think it's because Trevor and Michael has history. While Franklin was just a car thief who came into this. I still like his character though, especially his interactions with Lamar

Regis3866d ago

His only good quality is talking with Lamar saying the N word a lot and his special ability.

I dont really like playing as Trevor much at all, after seeing the things he does to ppl like that guys cousin he lives with i also find it hard to believe that Michael would even know him at all, in real life if you knew someone like trevor you would never have been a friend of his in the first place i feel.

I enjoy Michaels character and also Franklins, but Trevor is just kinda too much sometimes with the sexual things and its creepy, i guess that was the point in him.

xX-StolenSoul-Xx3866d ago

He's not Canadian! He only has a slight accent! If he was a real person, remember, don't call him a Canadian. This is for your own good.

-Foxtrot3866d ago

I'd rather they made the game just based on him, he was that good.

Maybe GTA V Stories for the PSV starting after the Heist that <spoilers> he thought Michael died in...lol, wishful thinking

DoctorJones3866d ago

He's an out and out lunatic, everyone loves a loony. Especially when they're as funny as Trevor. Rockstar made one of the best characters in GTA with Trevor, he'll always have a place in my heart.

More interested in money than giving fans what they want. Such a shame

CrimsonWing691d 16h ago

With the amount of money they generated, I just don’t understand the scrubbing of this. It would’ve been fantastic for fans.

Profchaos1d 14h ago

I really want to know who drove the decision to focus on multiplayer was it Rockstar or take two.

Because when online started taking off many of the studio leads began having falling outs and leading including a founder

Demetrius1d 3h ago

Ikr mfs that greedy it's ridiculous

andy851d 13h ago

This makes me sad. Trevor was one of my favourite characters in gaming

Demetrius1d 3h ago

One of the reason I believe once gta 6 release, most of us thoroughly play it, enjoy the world they crafted then after that no offline support, no dlc at all
