isnt it an additional 90 bucks? the game alone is 60 and this CE is 150. which is difference of 90 which is way way too much for what is there. its 40-60 worth of additional stuff.

New Era hats alone are $30, and this one happens to be a signature limited edition, so it isn't entirely unreasonable if you're one that likes to be fresh.

A) Your values are meaningless, since they're completely dependent on demand and edition size. Like the Uncharted 3 steelbook might sell for $10 - $15 with the game, where as Borderlands 2 will sell for 30+ without.
B) DEPOSIT BAGS are only worth like $25. Can't say how much this one will be worth with it being a collectible, but a good quality normal bag is worth less than your at least.
C) Just because some people are willing to pay a lot for the pieces of the CE, doesn't exactly mean that the CE is a steal. By the same logic we should be buying the CoD Pres edition, since that is an insane deal too.

Game - $60, but $80 with the unlimited replay value

Season Pass - $50
Strap - $20
Camera - $80
Case - $20
Digital contents - $10
Packaging - $5

About $300.

Totally a steal for only $200 -eye roll-

Why is it every game now has a collector's edition? The only one I ever bought was the Halo 3 CE--the Helmet is cool. What ones are the favorites of yours?

I bought the Halo Reach CE, as the statue was made by todd mcfarlane toys and is very well done. It is supposed to be hand painted as well. I am sure that it will go up in value over the years.

I thought everyone hated the Halo 3 CE because the helmet was a worthless piece of junk that didn't fit anyone's head? I don't know if this is true for every GameStop, but the one near me had the CE in stock for a REALLY REALLY REALLY LONG TIME. In fact, I think they still had at least 10 on display in the middle of the store back when LittleBigPlanet came out, so at least almost or a little over a year after Halo 3 came out. I would have gotten one since they were pretty cheap, but the Halo series just didn't interest me.

Anyways, my favorite would have to be the Legend of Zelda Skyward Sword CE. That gold Wiimote is b!tching!! Sadly, SS was the only game I've played with that Wiimote. I just stopped playing with my Wii right after that. The Wii's not collecting dust though, as it's sandwiched between my PS3 and Xbox 360.

the only thing i wanted was the poster of the city but it looks to be worse than the one that game with GTA 4. the one in gta 4 was like a usable map but this blueprint doesnt seem as practical for the same use.

seems like a ripoff at 150 or more. i mean the game is 60 alone. so you are paying 90 for a hat and a small money bag and an artbook..... no thanks
