That blame goes to Konami. Look up the interviews with Mercury Steam. Shows why all the stuff with Kojima wasn't all that surprising to me.

What?!!! I just bought the game two days ago!! DAMN IT! Well, I didn't actually bought it, since I used the credit that I got from getting SMT IV and Fire Emblem, but still. I was playing it today and actually thought that it would be great to have and HD version on consoles, since it would play better with a controller.
EDIT: Actually, they should remake it, since the cutscenes are really lacking. The story seems fine so far, but the production value of the cutscenes is really low.
Day one buy. Really love Lords of Shadow, and can't wait for Mirror of Fate and Lords of Shadow 2.
