The Last Of Us tells the story of Joel, a survivor of the savage cordyceps virus infection which has plunged the USA into a chillingly-authentic post-apocalyptic hell. He embarks on a cross-America trip with a precious cargo, Ellie, leaving the relative safety of the quarantine zone where they will encounter fierce mutated husks and crazed survivors. From the award-winning team behind Uncharted, Crash Bandicoot and Jak and Daxter, The Last Of Us delivers a gritty, cinematic experience interspersed with genuine survival-action to deliver a compelling and unique gaming experience.

Najam from eXputer writes "It's time fore a new installment in the series, not another pointless remaster."
They are working on something new. Not to be rude but it is impossibility stupid to think ND next major announcement is going to be a remaster or their next Last of Us entry is going to be another remaster.
The team is sad for losing out on such a great project but celebrates its growth because of spending time on it.
All they had to do was make a basic online mode like their previous games. Instead they wanted more money and choose to go live service which makes games worse in my opinion.
What a waste of time and money, what a shame.
Not sure why they didn’t just make Factions 2. There was no need to make it a live service.
TLoU Factions was a great addition such a shame they couldn’t be bothered to remaster that for PS5 considering the crazy high price tag of the remaster of a remaster…
This is something to be celebrated. This studio is smart and they get it, even factions 2 wouldn't've have been worth the time. I am surprised they didn't just remaster the first one though, but actually how popular was Factions?
perfect
Fantastic game, Survivor+ right now!

And maybe Polygon's too..
In the real world... 8.5/10
I played the game, it was not ground breaking in anyway. I liked it, the voice acting was great, and the story until the end was well done, but nothing that hasn't been done before. The gameplay was ok, but not very diverse, there are other similar games that did this better like Tomb Raider (the newest one). Like Tomb Raider the MP was a waste and a throwaway. Even on the most difficult setting it only took roughly 12 hours and had no replay value whatsoever (nothing even worth collecting). It was a good game, I'm not taking that away from it, my issue isn't with the game, it's with the OVER-excitement for a good game. It feels like the people that say it was perfect just jumped into the gaming world or something. There was nothing ground breaking about it at all, and every individual aspect about it has been done better somewhere else....again, great game, but I think it's more that people WANT it to be amazing, and the fact that it came out in the summer against nothing and still isn't really breaking any major sales records. I mean even Minecraft just started outselling it...Minecraft!?!?!
