Najam from eXputer writes "It's time fore a new installment in the series, not another pointless remaster."
They are working on something new. Not to be rude but it is impossibility stupid to think ND next major announcement is going to be a remaster or their next Last of Us entry is going to be another remaster.
The team is sad for losing out on such a great project but celebrates its growth because of spending time on it.
All they had to do was make a basic online mode like their previous games. Instead they wanted more money and choose to go live service which makes games worse in my opinion.
What a waste of time and money, what a shame.
Not sure why they didn’t just make Factions 2. There was no need to make it a live service.
TLoU Factions was a great addition such a shame they couldn’t be bothered to remaster that for PS5 considering the crazy high price tag of the remaster of a remaster…
This is something to be celebrated. This studio is smart and they get it, even factions 2 wouldn't've have been worth the time. I am surprised they didn't just remaster the first one though, but actually how popular was Factions?
no, nothing really like the last of us for immersion, writing, graphics, context of gameplay. If you want this experience, look no further and buy a ps3. Or a ps4 hoping for a Noughty Dog hd collection
I can kinda agree with the first three but Dead Space 2 and Bioshock have very little in common with TLOU
The stealth kind of reminded me of the batman arkham games, but no other game like this. This game will change the way I look at which games to buy/play, I had a backlog of many games to get through after I finished this game but now I just don't feel like playing them.
The stealth reminds me of Arkham City, but more serious and intense. Even the hunters reminds me of the inmates in Arkham City. When it comes down to gunplay Max Payne 3 comes the closest, but it's not as satisfying. And the melee is like no other. The Last Of Us has the best melee animations and environment interaction ever. The story is very similar to The Walking Dead. The surviving aspect reminds me of Metro: Last Light.
The Walking Dead no doubt, A man and a girl surviving an apocolypse, Infected in TLOU & Zombies in TWD
