Not only are they not rare, they are the censored / edited versions of San Andreas and Vice City (Vice City being the version with the Haitians that have been changed from their original appearance.

This is the PAL (european) version, as shown by the royal blue case.

Im not sure of the rarity of the PAL version, but in some occurrences PAL games are rarer than it's NTSC counterpart...

Case in point... The PS1 game "Blues Clues: Blues Big Musical" in NTSC format is common as they come, but the PAL version of this game is one of the rarest titles in the PAL PS1 Library.

The NTSC version isn't rare, it's a different story for the PAL version. Look at it on Amazon.com then take a look at it on Amazon.co.uk. See what I mean?

And this isn't dollars, it's pounds because it's the PAL version - not the NTSC version which ISN'T rare.

I own Intelligent Qube for the PS in like new condition. Paid $7 and it's worth $60+ on Ebay. That's rare. These GTA trilogies are everywhere, not to mention, it's rare label died when the games went digital.

Same thing happened to Marvel vs. Capcom 2 for the Ps2/Xbox/DC. All were up to over $100 and dipped down to almost nothing when they went to Live and PSN.
