Gamasutra: "Sony galvanized industry-watchers with an E3 presentation that seemed to offer disillusioned consumers exactly the message they wanted to hear from the console business: A permissive policy to used games, no obligation to constant online connectivity, a long list of exciting new games, an indie-friendly ecosystem that invites devs to self-publish, and a $399 price point -- $100 less than the Xbox One's."
Sony has recently published a new patent that wants to dynamically handle the games' difficulty and gameplay based on the player's emotions.
This is something I might use. Sometimes I play some good games but they don’t have difficulty option and are a little too easy.

Ps5 gamers in 2023 seemed to play more live service types of games, so regardless to how people feel about them, numbers don’t lie and Sony is going where the money is. I mean look at the excitement around Helldivers2, people are showing that they want live service games.
How do you kill a franchise that already been killed?

Sony has patented to add multiple dialogue modes to let players switch between how many conversations with NPCs they want in the game.
Sony is like the only ones outta the 3 that has atuff like like this pop up changing thing in ways.
When Sony announced the price, used games being allowed, no drm, and the crowd starting cheering like crazy...that was easily the best moment in E3 history.
try the whole gamers community!
now gamers have the option to NOT put up to M$'s anti-consumer crap!
They wouldve won even if they had DRM.. They have the best software, price, features, services, etc.. They just put the cherry on top with no DRM.. That made the win overkill
Whenever Jack said that you wouldn't have to be connected online with a 24 hour check, that was like hearing the best "Yo Momma" ever created and dissing Microsofts' useless contraption.
Spiritual because they sent Microsoft to Hell
