Top 5 Most Annoying NPCs Ever.

If there is one thing that can set the teeth on edge and get your blood boiling in an otherwise great video game, it is a badly designed, or often, just plain annoying Non Playable Character. We all know them, the desperate diplomat in need of constant protection without ever firing a shot to help? The helpful sidekick who can’t help but give you advice ALL THE TIME! Or just that team member who never seems to pull their finger out and actually help.

I would say we love to hate them, but sometimes even that is not the case. So, without further ado here are Chaos Hour’s Top Five Most Annoying NPCs.

Everyone knows the most annoying NPC in gaming history is Natalya in Goldeneye. I dont know how many times I had to replay that level cos she kept walking into the damn bullets.

The guys list is actually pretty perfect. I may put them in a dif order though. Navi may be topm "hey......listen....hey&q uot; I know what your gonna say you irritating little insect, you want me to go to the temple of te and grow up. Please can you f off for 15 mins whilst I turn all the chickens on me by stabbing with m sword cos its funny and ur ruining my fun"

Not exactly an NPC, but if i had to choose a really annoying character it would be Steve Burnside from Resident Evil Code Veronica.

The first 3 are from the N64. Am I the only one who noticed that?

I would like to nominate another character from Ocarina of Time. Navi isn't nearly as annoying for me as THAT STUPID FUCKING OWL! I HATE HIM! KILL IT BEFORE IT LAYS EGGS!!!

Seriously, that owl is the most annoying thing I've ever experienced in a game. Don't really know why, but that owl really bothers me haha :D
