Montreal-based indie developer Gamesbymo will release its pixelated Metroidvania adventure A.N.N.E. on Ouya and Vita if a newly launched Kickstarter campaign for the game reaches the studio's stretch goals.

Looks pretty awesome. I would definitely buy this game. Hoping for a Wii U version.

Would be nice to play this on my Vita, got a craving to play some more metroidvania games again since I bought Guacemelee.

Definitely try Knytt Underground, no combat but tons of exploration and puzzles after chapter 3.

Tried that game, liked it but didn't have a clue what I was supposed to do lol never got past the third chapter.

Yeah chapter 1 and 2 is pretty restricting :L Just explore around the bottom parts of the map and you should reach an event where there is sudden earthquake, both chapters.
One as the sprite, the other a ball.

Chapter 3 is where the game explodes in fun puzzles, secrets and exploration. I recommend you push through unless you dont want to.

Funnily enough, I stopped playing KU for a while cause the map size was huge, tons of sidequests and difficult puzzle but after completing Guacamelee, I went back and play throughed it XD

What I actually meant to say was I couldn't get past the first chapter not the third (don't know why I put that) Just ended up wondering around not knowing where to go, had been to some temple and collected two items or something but didn't know what to do with them.

If you want, I could guide you or you could check walkthroughs if you go back to playing it again.

A.N.N.E. Delayed to Mixed Kickstarter Backer Reception - Cliqist

Josh Griffiths writes: "With a projected release of Summer 2017, you can imagine the response from the backers has been mixed. Usually when a Kickstarter game is delayed, even after this long, the majority of backers seem to be positive. A.N.N.E.’s backers have broken that trend though."

Delays aren't a huge deal, but backers only have so much patience.
