Well its not much. I have a monster rig hooked up to 3, 3D screens 24inch each of them. Each screen cost about 350usd.

My TV is a 60inch Samsung 3DTV, have a HTPC hooked upto that.

Play shooters, rts, mmo, moba, racers on my PC with the 3x 3D screens.

For games like Hitman, Tombraider play them on the 60inch TV full 1080p since the source is a powerful HTPC.

I built my own setup, I made a desk to hold my ps3 a small Alien-ware 19in monitor and some small Sony pc speakers. And I gave the hole desk a Killzone/Helgust theme too it.
And just to my left I made a smaller desk for my M11x Alienware laptop.
And I gave it the same black/reflexive red theme to it to match my laptop.
I'm Proud of how both came out (I would post a picture if I was home)
When the ps4 comes out, I'm thinking of building a full chair mounted with a 27in tv with build in subwoofers!!

Ps. I work @ a sign shop so I get Excess to acrylics and alum, for my projects.

is your set active 3D?

do you actually play games with the 3D conversion mode on?

or do you only play games that we're made in 3D?

is the 3 monitor 3D Nvidia3D? Is it allot better then the Samsung 3D?

I'm looking to buy in now that it's allot cheaper but not sure whats best or better. So far I'm leaning towards a passive LG set to eliminate the flicker I always see while wearing active glasses.

PM me some deets if you have time please = )

I would probably most likely never leave my house

But you can say Good Bye to your eyes . :p

Sucitta4023d ago

how so? the sun nowadays does allot more damage to your eyes in an hour, then staring at a tv for a year..

do you remember when your mother told you as a child, not to look straight at the sun, but then of course you did. remember how you could, for a few seconds anyways, stare right at the big bright orange ball?

try doing that today.. you can't.

Ive been playing games religiously for 26 years and I still have perfect eyesight because I always wear sunglasses summer/winter and I spend more time inside then out = )

Video games deteriorating your eyesight is more or less an old wives tale.

Just give me an HDTV and a comfy couch/chair and I'm set.

EKWB reportedly plagued with financial disarray many gaming pc's left without parts

EK Cooling allegedly has slipped itself into a hot soup of seemingly endless financial woes, where it has not paid its staff, suppliers, and contractors for many months as the company is facing liquidity problems and a surplus of inventory left unsold, stuck in the warehouse for a more extended period. Gamers Nexus investigated these claims made by former and current personnel, where he found trails of unpaid bills lasting as long as three to four months and unpaid raises that accumulated for almost a year.

EK Water Blocks has two entities—a Slovenian-based headquarters and a US-based subsidiary, EK Cooling Solutions. Steve narrated the series of events in detail, stating that the company was reportedly irresponsible and negligent regarding payment. Consequently, partners and employees are forced to share the burden of alleged mismanagement. It all begins with its extensive range of products, leading to a surplus of goods. EK has over 230 water blocks, 40 liquid cooling kits, 85 reservoirs, 40 pumps, 73 radiators, and 212 miscellaneous accessories.

Yes this is not about video games directly but indirectly this will impact the pc gaming/workstation space hard.

This company is massive one of two in the water cool space so if it goes poof then thousands out there have no spare parts or half built computers.

SO yeah i know not about a video game but think of it as amd leaving the pc space but this is ekwb that could be leaving water cooling in the pc space

Make your next GPU upgrade AMD as these latest-gen Radeon cards receive a special promotion

AMD has long been the best value option if you're looking for a new GPU. Now even their latest Radeon RX 7000 series is getting cheaper.

Best for the money is the Arc cards

just_looken1d 9h ago

In the past yes but last gen amd has gotten cheaper and there new cards are on the horizon making 6k even cheaper.

The arc cards are no longer made by intel but asus/asrock has some the next line battlemage is coming out prices tbd.

Do to the longer software development its always best to go amd over intel if its not to much more money even though intel is a strong gpu i own 2/4 card versions.
