over-hyped?!

every game, no matter how good...
there will always be a hater..... -_-

Hellforged_Savant4036d ago

Heh, read the article before you comment. It's probably the funniest thing i've seen all day.

sherimae24134036d ago

ive read it, and ive seen many people who hate games for unknown reason....
maybe not theyre type... i dunno but even if the article is being sarcastic... well thats not really a good just like the guy said below he can have million reasons to play this
but still many will ignore/hate a good game

HammadTheBeast4036d ago

You haven't read it lol sherimae. It's pretty funny. One of the better "satire" articles I've read.

Gaming1014036d ago

lol this is seemingly a rip off of a previous article which did the exact same thing, satirically making fun of people who hate on good games.

In the previous article fans were so butthurt at the title itself that they screamed and yelled like little babies, calling the article unfunny for seemingly making fun of Bioshock Infinite, even though they were making fun of haters who hate for really stupid reasons.

I told everyone to get a grip and just chill, to a plethora of disagrees and whiny babies.

MysticStrummer4035d ago

I refuse to read articles with "X reasons why..." titles.

Kurt Russell4035d ago

@Above

Yet you'll click the link, and comment? Hmm.

It's a satirical piece anyway.

LOL_WUT4035d ago

I've never played any of them and i'm perfectly fine with that. ;)

It's tagged as satire. Put your glasses on next time.

tachy0n4035d ago (Edited 4035d ago )

i love dubstep, but WTF bro are you frikin kidding me? thats no reason to not play a game.....

this guy is a troll, vote down the site and move on.

nosferatuzodd4035d ago

I cant believe you guys, didn't y'all figured it out its sarcasm at its finest read the post again.

Blaze9294035d ago

i dont get why people make articles like this...

Lykon4034d ago

aviator1894036d ago

Well...I've got about a million other reasons you should play the game...but I see this is a piece on sarcasm.

ChrisW4036d ago

The only rational point he had was #9... But that'll come later on PC with mods.

Other than that one, his arguments seemed opinionated and pointless and doesn't come close to outweighing the "million other reasons" that it should be played!

Conzul4036d ago

Just finished it...best game I've ever played. No, I'm not exaggerating. I won't pretend to know what everything meant, but boy......dat ending *_*

360ICE4036d ago

...and 1000 incoming comments demonstrating why you should read the article first.

DRM-Killz4036d ago

No need to, fact is, they have 10 why one shouldn't while there are 1000's why one should. Period.

360ICE4035d ago

I also enjoy sunbathing.

rpd1234035d ago (Edited 4035d ago )

It's a bit irritating. And then there are those who do read and miss the incredibly obvious sarcasm and satire in it. That's almost worse.

ThatEnglishDude4036d ago

Urgh, another one of these. Didn't we have an article like this not too long ago?

http://n4g.com/news/1221011...

TheGrimOfDeath4035d ago

Did you even read the article.

Intentions4036d ago

Too bad I already finished it.

Top 10 Rarest Xbox 360 Games That Are Worth a Fortune

"And lastly, famous Boston Red Sox pitcher Curt Schilling helped to create the action-RPG’s setting. What’s really fascinating, though, is that the game was partially financed by taxpayers from Rhode Island (which allegedly lost the state millions of dollars). Yikes!"

1. Now infamous Schilling
2. No allegedly, it did. And they couldn't pay it back.
3. What really lost the money wasn't the SP release but the MMO they were working on. This was supposed to be an introduction into the MMO world.

Soy271d ago

I hate counting limited editions for these lists. I mean, they're made to be rare and expensive. It's far more interesting to hear about the NCAAs (even if most people know that one already) and the El Chavos than some massive hit that came with a $200 statue at retail.

gamerz270d ago

Me too. Here's the best I can do:

El Chavo Kart $90.14
NCAA Football 14 $87.72
Spiderman: Edge of Time $75.94
Spiderman Web of Shadows $75.09
Spiderman: Shattered Dimensions $67.76

Christopher270d ago

Wow, El Chavo Kart is not at all what I expected by the name. 100% looks like a Sackboy Kart game.

Soy270d ago

It's so odd that so many Spider-Man games are seemingly given lower print runs, even if they're not the best games.

jznrpg270d ago (Edited 270d ago )

Most Xbox games don’t hold as much value compared to other systems. Kameo, Blue Dragon, Last Remnant , and a handful or 2 of other games that I kept.

sadraiden270d ago

Fallout 3 and Bioshock Infinite are the rarest games of all time.

8 Best Games Set In A Multiverse

One of the biggest TV and movie tropes in the last decade has been the multiverse, the idea of exploring multiple dimensions to uncover alternate versions of existing ideas. From both a business and creative perspective, it makes sense why established franchises are shaking things up in this way.

However, there aren't many video games latching on to this trend, as rendering multiple worlds in real-time is a difficult feat and the medium is relatively young in comparison to its contemporaries, making crossover opportunities more difficult. Still, there are a few great titles that manage enough to overcome these challenges, and here are some of the best examples.

While I love someone mentioning Planescape, not really multiverse. Planes and dimensions, yes. But, they are typically their own locations and are very rarely tied to another 'verse' let alone another plane. The only things that are directly tied are the ethereal and material planes. Otherwise, they are dimensions created of their own design and goals by the creator/owner and not comprised of 'their own version of another dimension'.
