Arc System Works makes a new series for every console generation of hardware.
So they're planning a third fighting game series for the PS4.
NOTE: it might be a completely new game or a new installment of Guilty Gear / BlazBlue. Somethings are lost in translation (due to Google Translate).
Arc System Works has formed a capital alliance with AQURIA, the companies announced.
AQURIA is more a RPG maker according to the article...so the prospect of an rpg that looks like guilty gear strive has me excited.
Today Nexon Finally announced the release window of the first DLC character for the fighting game DNF Duel, developed by Arc System Works.
MP1st interviews Arc System Works about Guilty Gear Strive Season 3, dead characters, community feedback and more.
Persona 4 Arena sequel please :D
Whatever fighting it may be, I'll buy it day one
They need to continue guilty gear. Want a proper sequel (not that overture crap). One that meaningfully progresses the story.
They need to make a game and really go all-out on it. The Guilty Gear X series (which stretches across half a dozen games) didn't really get refined and streamlined until Guilty Gear XX, followed by Accent Core. BlazBlue was a huge step down from Guilty Gear when it came out because GG was so refined at that point. It's only now that BlazBlue is approaching the level of polish that Guilty Gear had on PS2. P4 Arena was great but it was just so...simple compared to other Arc System Works fighting games.
Who doesnt want to jump on the ps4 bandwagon? Devs are loving it.
