I am glad they kept Clementine in the game I liked her character and they way she was portrayed. This game I just could not put down. I really hope they do a sequal to this game and have Clementine back in the line up.

They're working on Season 2 now. Should be out this year. :]

Agreed. She provided a good counterpoint to some of the more morally questionable choices the story forced on you.

If she wasn't there I doubt they'd have had the same impact.

Edit: Damn you Snookie! *shakes fist*
Gettin' in the way of my reply.

What would it have been like without her? Good but not GotY.

Please stop reporting on cartoons on a video game forum. Just because it appears on a console does not make it a game.

Go home, iyhof.
You're drunk(and kind of a tool, to be honest).

It is a game on consoles, pc, ps vita(this year) and unless im mistaken on iPad and android phones. A cartoon is something you watch, this something you interact and play. Learn the difference.

Anyways, I dont think I'd like the Tt's TWD if Clementine wasnt included. In all the time I played the game, I was seriously worried bout Clementine. She's just a young gal stuck in a world where death is just a bite away :C

Kran4034d ago

If it's something you can interact with (like you do in the walking dead, NOT TO MENTION THERE ARE SOME GAMEPLAY MOMENTS like shooting and sniping in some areas), it's a game.

VSauce taught me that :D

Robotronfiend4034d ago

According to the definition, WD falls into the genre of "Adventure". https://en.wikipedia.org/wi...

It is a game, and there is a very definite set of criteria. Just because you didn't care for it, does not mean that it isn't a game.

Honestly, I didn't like it much either and felt no emotional attachment to any of the characters. That doesn't mean it was a bad game, or not a game at all. It just means I didn't like it.

Can't even tell if you're just looking for attention or not, but here you go anyway. Hope everything is better now buddy.

Really? She ended up being a huge part of the story.

the videogame as a better story than the tv show at this point.

season 3 finale was so lame.

Fistedcupps4034d ago (Edited 4034d ago )

(Manhood Disabled) Man im a big softy when it comes to this game and Clementine. For a while i couldnt bring myself to play the last episode cause i already knew the ending and just didnt want to put Clementine through that shit.I actually was immersed into the game on a serious note. Me Clementine and Lee go back like 4 flats on a cadillac if you know what i mean haha. (Manhood Enabled) *punches wall* (Manhood Confirmed)

stuntman_mike4033d ago

do you usually type with your Manhood if so it's a good trick if you can do it lol.

Telltale Games and the New Golden Standard for Storytelling

Before the announcement that a heavily narrative focussed Walking Dead video game was announced in 2012, Telltale games was a development studio that not particularly well known. Despite putting out other similar properties with Back to the Future: The Game and Jurassic Park: The Game, the products were largely met with a very mixed and ultimately tepid response from the public. The rampant acclaim and runaway success reached with The Walking Dead launched the developer into one of the most anticipated and favourable studios out there with one revolutionary product.

I think the walking dead story telling is amazing. I really love the games and think that they bring the respect of gaming story telling up in the world of entertainment in general :)
