Capcom has announced a remake of the classic DuckTales game for release this summer.
Nostalgia is a powerful thing! Fortunately, games tend to capitalize on them in a good way. These ten Disney-adjacent games will make gamers feel young again.
Shame we don’t get quality console Disney games anymore apart from Kingdom Hearts
Take Disney Infinity out and put in Toy Story 2
The best video game adaptation we've gotten

*faints*
rumor? thought this was confirmed..
Gritty reboot, awesome.
Seriously, I wonder if it'll finally introduce the run and gun mechanics they'd always wanted in a Duck Tales game, along with sweet multiplayer co-op and versus modes that were sorely missing in the original.
Yes, sarcasm.
That said, the original was a damn good game and it wasn't until a year or so later when I realised that the guys who made this also made my favourite NES series as well: Megaman (I was an oblivious 7 or 8 year old, after all). Then it was like a penny dropped, and a Capcom fan was born.
Making a game off a show that was cancelled 23 years ago is relevant how? Sounds like a good way to cash in and ruin my childhood...
Trailer is on youtube. It's made by wayforward so it's in good hands. The remastered theme song is awesome.
