I'm keeping my expectations low on this one because I thought the first game was mediocre at best with good-looking graphics. The gameplay had no depth in the first game and I remember doing more walking than fighting in the first game. It has the potential to win graphics of the year though.
That headline is the most unfortunate setup for a dig at Xbox, given the lack of games that have warranted even purchasing an Xbox (and that can date back to 2013). It's almost a notable Xbox game by default.

The ending of Metal Gear Solid 4 was brutally intense, one of my best moments I had in this generation, with Journey, Amnesia's playthrough and Portal 2's non-puzzle sequences (among many other moments in many other video games).
