Having played the TellTale game, this one looks to have none of the strong points of the TV show at all.

Some episodes a zombie was barely present so i think they've missed the mark on what makes The Walking Dead so great.

Well actually there are some changes,but my guess is that this video was tweeked on PC before release,you dont see the screen tearing that was on the other video shown previous and there is a clean image on this one without that jaggie fest the previous video had.It still looks crap because crap is crap even if it can come in diferent colours!

Compared to The Last of Us this game looks quite rushed and mediocre tbh.

The animations are awful, the graphics look dated and unlike this game, TLOU infected seem to have alot more personality than these brainless "rush to your death" zombies.

And the fact that Activision has a hand in it puts me off. So add all three complaints together and you have a big fat NO BUY!!! lol

Man i love making incompetent devs suffer for their lack of creativity.

This game isn't even priced at $60 and will be $40 or less in the comming weeks. Pretty sure it's for fans of the show who want more and honestly it can't be any worse then any other game based on a movie or tv show.

I don't recall anyone or even Activision hyping this game up all crazy so what's with so many acting as if this is such a huge disapointment.

see the thing is Acti are trying to ride the wave from Tell Tales success of TWD which was GOTY so alot of people are expecting this game to live up to expectations.

People expect something thats tied to such a popular show and other award winning game to be much better than this. They should too seeing as how walking dead is a gigantic success.

The makers of walking dead should hold their creative property to a much greater quality standard than this. This game in the state it has been shown is an embarrassment to the name Walking Dead has made for itself!!!!

Tell Tale = Based on graphic novels

Acitvision = Based on AMC tv series

And beyond that their gameplay is for the most part totally different. Only thing they have in common is the universe in which they are set.

I am not a fan of the graphic novel, show or Tell Tales game and even I noticed all this. Only takes 30 secs to reseach it if you really had any actual interest in the game.

It looks like call of duty in a zombie setting. It looks like they are using the same engine so I don't expect the gameplay to be quite different or have a different feel to it because of the engine. But I will give this a chance, will see more gameplay and then decide if I want to get it or not.
