Daniel Bennifer: ''Everyone’s rambling on about how few titles are coming to the Xbox 360 this year and beyond, simply stating that Microsoft’s relying on nothing more than its third party partnerships to draw sales to Xbox Live. Yet, this isn’t the case. There’s several titles coming to Xbox 360 – which aren’t coming to PlayStation 3. There’s an array of titles including third-person shooters, role-playing games, adventure games, and motion-enabled titles that harness the power of Kinect. See the list below and take a look at what we currently know is coming to Xbox 360 in 2013.''
While there’s likely already a list behind closed doors, one can still speculate and offer logical suggestions for titles new and old that should find their way into the PlayStation and Switch libraries.
Some of these seem to be exclusive for lack of enthusiasm of the publisher rather than because of deals. A lot of cool indies skip ps for some reason like katana zero, el paso, elsewhere and gunbrela
They really think PlayStation fans would want to play Redfall? Pfft.
Personally nothing on that list would be any game I’d want to play.
I’d absolutely love Hellblade 2, Palworld, and Quantum Break on ps5 as I’m sure tons of others would too. There’s nothing wrong with wanting games from another console and its sad that people try to act like they aren’t interested in them.
Sunset Overdrive makes very good sense. Palworld might.
Don't know about the others. Hellblade II does make sense given the original launched on PS4 first. Quantum Break was a massive letdown for me. I absolutely hated the whole TV show thing and I don't think anyone should have to relive that on modern hardware.
From underrated Xbox One launch titles to absolute emperors of the strategy genre, history heads will love these games based around Ancient Rome.
Ryse was awesome, i have no idea why it wasnt recieved well and why we havnt seen another, Rome conquered so much, you could take the action anywhere, and it looked great when xbox one came out, now would be even better.
Gears of War: Judgment launched 10 years ago today, and quickly became one of the most misunderstood titles in the series.
Easily the best control-wise of the series. Judgment introduced melee-ing with the lancer and is still the only installment of the series (to date) which enables you to change weapons while roadie running simultaneously.
Gears 2&5 are the worst controlling in the series.
The Arcady aspects of the campaign should have been unlocked after completing a campaign play through. Seeing score screen after battles caused awkward pacing. The multiplayer was too different from other Gears games.
Judgment felt more like an expansion than an actually game. To me, I was fatigued from the series at that point. The story was ok, over all it wasn’t bad.
not a damn thing wrong with any of those.
If he had said exclusives, then some very smart person would be quick to point out that some may see a PC release. Since some here like to act as though there are no games release on Xbox that are not on the PS3, except for, Halo, Forza and Fable, I think it was necessary for him to point out that they are not coming to the PS3. Exclusive are really the games of choice on consoles, yet here they act like there are the only thing that matter. I play on the 360 mostly for the controller and who seamless M$ made everything interconnect. I don't miss exclusives on other system, because I have no idea what I am missing or do I care. I have plenty to play and most are not exclusive.
It can be difficult to counter the belligerent opinions of fanboys without sounding like a fanboy yourself, the author should learn this lesson well.
While he's technically correct it could have been written without the obvious bitterness and, sooner or later, you just know certain people are only going to point out that most of these are practically vaporware or XBLA games or something along those lines. Then the bickering starts, can't we just be spared it this one time please?
Out of those 8 games I've only heard of Gears of War Judgement.
