I thought it would amass to an abundance of third party support.

So far; meh.

The games have to be made first you dumbass child and there are more 3rd party games are coming and I'm sure more are coming so just stop crying and wait

I'm a Nintendo supporter (I even own a Wii U), though you can always agree with your favorite gaming company.

It wasn't meant to be negative (my comment above), I'm just upset over the lack of 3rd party games not coming to the Wii U.

well today there was an announcement of a nice platformer with dimensional jumping using the unity engine. Its called oliver and spike. I was wondering when something using that engine would pop up.

People dont understand that current gen NEEDS these middleware companies because of the engines games have been using for years now.. Wii U is playing catch up

The IMDB Of Video Games

We all know IMDB when it comes down to movies. A lot of people, including us, have wondered why an authoritative database like this does not exist for games. It's 2013 now, and we think it's time for a database that contains every single bit of information about every game that will or has been released.

Sounds epic - Better than N4G and all the silly kids on it!

N4G is just news though.. which is epic in its own way!

That would be fascinating. It's a much bigger endeavor than most realise though...

wouldnt metacritic be something like that?

Entropic3994d ago

I feel like this has largely already been done. If you look at sites like www.giantbomb.com, www.thegameeffect.com, www.ign.com, etc, they provide very similar features as what they're proposing with this site.

Still looks interesting though!

Yuck. Sorry, but can anyone tell me a game that people didn't groan about after finding out it was on Gamebryo? It's a buggy, ugly, outdated engine now and was outdated as soon as every version came out.

*sigh* Hate this damn engine.
