Major Nelson takes a look at some of the upcoming titles for the Xbox 360 in 2008.
Huzaifa from eXputer: "2008 was home to the likes of Call of Duty: World at War, Dead Space, GTA 4, Far Cry 2, Left 4 Dead, and many other hits, which is outright remarkable."
While the mainstream media always sees things turning in favor of the hero, here are 6 games that own being a bad guy.
Pretty much all of these games listed are based around a morality system you don't have to be bad and you don't have to be good.
It seems to have left out some real amazing games like red dead redemption 1/2,ass effect and true crime la/ny
Armored Core VI?
Ok, I'm really missing something here. Just beat chapter 3 earlier this evening, unlocked A-rank Arena fights. I'm not seeing or sensing any branching paths or morality system and I've done every side mission and arena fight available to me up to that fight.
Is something big coming soon to branch the story?
No mention of Grand Theft Auto? Saints Row (original trilogy), Manhunt? Also The Suffering (depending on the ending you get).
Video games are no longer just a simple past time. Today's games are evolving into true works of art. Offering intriguing narratives, cinematic setpieces, and profound messages, games can entertain us for hundreds of hours.
I never got around to mass effect - I’m skeptical that it would hold up if I were to try it now
by some random role of fate it looks like this Major Nelson is quickly becoming the face of Xbox...and that is NOT a good thing! This guy while sensible and for the most part pretty forth coming on issues he can talk about...is hardly a guy I would want to represent the company. His camera presence is about a 1 out of 10. Go by Ubisoft already and put Jade out in front of all your games, etc. MS...you need someone better than Major Nelson!
really bad. It doesn't even touch on the good 360 only exclusives either.
Watched his news cast last night. I know the PS3 fanboys are trying to attack the line-up MSFT has announced. Major Nelson actually says the games he listed were a small few vs whats comming.
I promise you people will be eating your words yet again. MSFT sells games and I'm sure many devs are in a hurry to get really rich. It's not like MSFT needs to hype and boast every single game comming out in a year or in Sony's case boast game that were almost two year down the road at the time.

It is for people that don't come to websites like this. That way they know about what is coming up.
