"We began work on Mass Effect Trilogy in earnest last April, shortly after Mass Effect 3 had shipped. The trilogy was complete, but there was a slight complication — there were people who had missed out on one (or more) titles in the series. Clearly this included PS3 owners, who had never had the chance to play the original Mass Effect. Mass Effect Trilogy was a great opportunity to rectify that!"
Thanks to their innovative approach to gaming, RPGs like Dark Souls, Final Fantasy VII, and Dragon Quest left a significant impact on the genre.
ES3 set things off, it's a shame they got greedy and decided to cut corners so the executives could get huge pay days.
GF365: "A friend makes the adventure all the more fun. Here are the best video game companions that will keep you company."
The Mass Effect N7 Day teaser has already been decoded, and it features Liara T'Soni talking about The Council, and The Geth can be heard too.
Better not bring back Shepherd from the dead with some half assed space magic.
@snowb420.
Yeah I saw that at the end of my play through as well. I think they will bring Shepard back….. or at least a mutant version turned villain. Lol
"Edge of Reality has a deep understanding of how PS3 works"
They should be ashamed of even putting such article on official playstation blog. Port looks and works like shit !
From what I've heard people that actually have played both the 360 and ps3 version say the ps3 version runs smoother but isn't perfect.
I have played both versions of the game and I can tell the difference in performance and with the textures not having issues so far. I guess only time will tell as I go further into the game
Best game of the series. My fav game this gen. But was far from a technical marvel when it came out, 5yrs later and people may have issues with it. Despite its flaws, everyone I've known who has played it has never brought up the graphical problems and were just amazed with the world and story. I really hope the PS3 players who haven't gotten a chance to play it love it like i do.
Can anyone tell me if it the shooting and all the heavy rpg aspects are still intact from the original 360 version? I thought I read somewhere that they retooled it to play like ME2-3, which I hope isn't true. I would really prefer to play it just like it was. Either way though I'm really excited to finally play the game that started this series.
