Maybe part of the idea here is to up the audience in Japan. A lot of game shops have massive amounts of shelf space dedicated to collectable card games. It's weird looking at 3DS stuff on one shelf, then moving one meter to the side and seeing a wall of trading cards for some game I've never heard of.

Dunno, card games suit handhelds really well, and if done properly, can be excellent.

I spent a TON of time playing SNK card fighters clash (or whatever it was called) on my Neo Geo Pocket back in the day. That game was awesome, and really suited handheld.

If done well, I'm definitely up for some Uncharted card game fun.

Its better in Mass Effect 1 (I only played Mass Effect 1+2 and the demo of 3, 1's combat and gameplay was more appealing imo)

mass effect is EASILY one of the best new ips this gen and now we got em all!!!!

yep and since EA and bioware confirmed that ME1 ps3 version is the best version of the the other ports since its using me2-3 kits i am getting this for ps3
while xbox and pc will be the exact same thing they got from 2007 i think.

Well, I guess I have no more excuses to keep me from diving into the Mass Effect universe, all three titles are now on PSN and part of me still hopes to see it on the Vita. It's just more practical when it's at the palm of your hands. At this point every PSN title should make the transition to the Vita. It's the lil' handheld that could.

also i remember awhile back epic games said that they could put gears of war on ps3 it wouldnt be the same xbox ones but they could...i say fable, gears and L4D would be great for ps3 or ps4...but im picking up the disc of mass effect collection...that way i own it physically

Let's face it, neither Alan Wake nor Left 4 Dead series are coming to PS3 at this stage in the generation. I have Alan Wake, American Nightmare and L4D 1&2 on Steam (with free DLC and mods), so like I've always said PC/PS3 = best combo.

Maybe a new Alan Wake on PS4 if Remedy go against their word, but Valve are now Sony developers so you'll see all their future games on PS4.

I will be buying the card game purely because i have a bucket load of cards already from golden abyss. How good it is we will have to wait and see.

I just downloaded the Omega DLC and the Leviathan DlC but haven't played them since I am waiting to do a full playthrough of Mass Effect on my PS3. I haven't even play the extended cut version yet but hopefully by December 4th the ending still may be saved?
