This will no doubt sound stupid, but what is the significance of KIFFLOM and 'THE TRACT IS NOT YET WRITTEN'?

BananaEatingSquid4158d ago

I didn't know either, but I looked it up and found that there is a religious cult in GTA called Epsilon. Their deity is "Kifflom" and they follow twelve rules such as "Dinosaurs are a lie that people believe because they are weak." lol

Also, from the Wiki page: "Their site contains a page about the Tract, which is expected to hold the truth about Epsilon. However, the site states that the tract has not yet been written."

GamerToons4158d ago

In GTA SanAndreas there was a fake cult that basically made fun of Scientology.

The cult is back in GTA V

Is it just me or is a nerdy T-shirt lame? I'll pass.
Be honest, would you wear it in public?

TheLyonKing4158d ago (Edited 4158d ago )

I would, I dont care what people think my favorite shirt is my dragonball shirt with kid goku, kurrin, bulma and Yamcha.

B*tches love dragonball

I dont think I will pre order though is that is all it is

TemplarDante4158d ago

Seriously? lol. I love DBZ as much as the next guy, but my shame level is... Over 9000!! lol.
sorry.. had to do it.

About the shirt... Um, a shirt saying GTA V wouldve been better.

JackBNimble4158d ago

hah... well, I work with an idiot who has a dragonball tattoo from his shoulder to his elbow... I gotta say , it's the dumbest tattoo I have ever seen.

Temporary4158d ago

bitches love dragonball ........ LMAO!

Thats a good one ...

omi25p4158d ago

I Literally couldn't give a damn what anybody thinks.

ZBlacktt4158d ago

It's not a good deal to me either. People want in game experiences. Wearing a GTA shirt is kind of meaningless. People will be like, awh that's alright I guess. But give you something you can use in the game... Now we are talking something really useful. Like say a bigger crib, a special ride. Some extra side missions, etc, etc.

Blastoise4157d ago

On the plus side you know for a fact this isn't taken out of the game. Sometimes the pre-order "Bonus" is something that so easily could have just been put in as unlockable..

Simco8764157d ago

It was cool when FFVII came out when I was in middle school! 1997 that Cloud shirt was so cool!

It was like wearing a nerd banner...awesome.

Yeah, T-Shirts could easily be recreated, so it's not much novelty.

Awesome_Gamer4157d ago

It's funny how people attack Rockstar for having a lame offer to pre-order, would you prefer if they cut story missions to make some of them pre-order bonuses? I don't think so, it's not Rockstar's fault they are not greedy bastards like Activision and EA, i'm going to pre-order GTA V because i know for a fact i won't find a single copy on release, this game will break every single sales record and i'm willing to bet my house on that.

TXIDarkAvenger4158d ago

Meh, I wish it was something cooler.

rbluetank4158d ago (Edited 4158d ago )

i just want a "2013 Calendar" instead of a shirt.... i could count down the days until i bought GTA V.

Cost of realistic looking movement.

lucasnooker34d ago

Rockstar need to learn that 12 years of work and 5000 employees doesn’t account for one persons opinion on the internet…

Profchaos34d ago (Edited 34d ago )

Oh and hundreds of millions of dollars in revanue to boot.

Lots of complaints about gta ever since the hd era started and yet it's bugger than its ever been with gta vi up to 180 million trailer views alone. The next game is shaping it be be another genre defining game

MetalGearsofWar34d ago

They already learned they dont have to actually make a great game

sagapo34d ago

The controls of RDR2 felt a but cluncky indeed, but it’s not as bad as some make it out to be. At no point did I get the feeling my experience with the game was held back or ruined by the controls.
But it can never hurt to optimize them a bit, sure.

Zhipp34d ago (Edited 34d ago )

I did accidentally beat someone to death a couple times. An unfortunate mistake but besides that I didn't have any problems with the controlls

jznrpg34d ago

Red Dead Redemption felt clunky at first but I got used to it fairly quick. I thought 2 was easier to control but it could be my experience with the first game helped me out. Great games

Profchaos34d ago

I wouldn't call Rockstar games characters clunky instead they feel like they move with Weight they are not twitch controls press x to instantly snap onto cover the characters instead move like a actor would ducking behind cover they are exposed while they get there.
