Game Arena – Hitman: Absolution review

Reviewer who recently drew controversy for his Halo 4 review (5.5/10) appears to be "using the full 1- 10 scoring scale" yet again with his against-the-grain review of Hitman: Absolution.

It really does deserve around there. Give or take.

You really do deserve to have no bubbles.

OT: Site is obviously fishing for hits. I've seen Hitman: Absolution getting 8's and higher in many places. Good to see it's doing well.

The review is actually very well made,he pick all the failure points he saw during the play!i would like to now if this review was made with the patch IO says its releasing. It really seems the game is broke somehow and not just by this reviewer!

Hitman Absolution - 3/10
Halo 4 - 5.5/10
COD Black Ops 2 - 8.5/10

Cradibility - 0/10

loll they just got exposed.

LapDance19744169d ago

Lol thanks for the laugh, and the truth.

Zha1tan4169d ago

yes lets draw paralells between different things people may or may not like and assume they are wrong because of that....

Logical sense = none.

To say somebody is invalid because they scored BOII higher than Hitman and Halo is stupid and juvenille and lets just leave it out how different reviewers may have conducted those reviews and had differing opinions....

People and review scores....they act like they personally matter to them and it is pathetic.

Hasanhastam4170d ago

Agreed. They remove all thing that make hitman great. Really disappointed as a hitman fan.

reznik_zerosum4169d ago

all costumes that you can wear are totally broken and dont work, but dumb sneaking is forced on almost every level.

On the outside it looked like a simple thing: Hitman 3 would now be known by this name and include levels from Hitman 2 and 3 - the trilogy would all be in one place. But on the inside, at IO Interactive, much more was going on.

You mean destroyed it with this tethered single-player campaign BS... And only the first few levels of the third modern game were on the disc! I'll never support this crap at any price-point! They've lost me as a customer.

Hitman is, and has been, a remarkable series developed by some of the best. Some are better than others, but every Hitman is challenging and fun.

Sure, there have been some stumbles and fumbles, but always in pursuit of the perfect Hitman game. The most recent trilogy is a masterclass in level design.
