Pc version WILL COME!!!
3,6 months later like always

crimsonfox4170d ago

Will this PC version crap ever end?

-MD-4170d ago

PC version crap? What exactly do you mean by that?

RickHiggity4170d ago

Some of us would like to play it on PC. No need to get mean.

CashColeTrain13374169d ago

Yeah, but it's not like they're confirming it any time soon. It is getting annoying. They won't acknowledge it because they don't have the time at the moment. PC users will surely hear about it later on, but it could be that most Rockstar's development studios are working on something else.
Rstar Leeds might be working on it as they Ported LA Noire to PC, or they could be working on a Handheld title
Rstar San Diego is working with North on V and could be doing Red Dead 3
Rstar Toronto/Vancouver is in Merging, previously Toronto worked on PC port of GTA IV and Vancouver is busy with merging and getting out Max Payne 3 stuff.

They're busy, but within 3-6 months after release there will probably be some news.

RickHiggity4167d ago

@CashCole. Most likely. I'm not worried about it. Just wanted to let crimsonfox know that there's nothing wrong with some people wanting it on PC.

grandv4170d ago

why u said that why it crap

danieldeath4170d ago

Just relax and hope for the best.

Donnieboi4170d ago

"Hope"? What's that gonna do? A vocal community that makes it known how much they would appreciate a PC version, is a much more effective tactic.

danieldeath4170d ago

Tried with RDR didn't work.

Yukicore4170d ago

With RDR it was different, none of Red Dead series game was ever been made on PC, and the PC community as many game developers see, is that they mostly play only RPG's, sandbox games and other complex games. Games that are impossible or not as easily manageable on consoles.

It's sad for me to say Rockstar isn't giving too much attention to PC, however GTA series games will always be on PC, it just really widens the purchase count as the GTA is the game that community sees as a game to be played on PC, and is a very popular title indeed.

However I expect not a very good port, like with GTA:IV, but good things happen in this world too... maybe it won't be a bad port.

Grand Theft never releases on time with the PC.
Never has.
GTA IV released Decemeber 2008 on pc almost 8 months after GTA IV was released.
GTA: San Andreas was released on pc in June 2005, when it released consoles October 2004
GTA: Vice City released on PC released in May 2003 almost 7 months after it released in October 2002.

Rockstar's track record still says it's coming. You just gotta be patient.
Edit, If it releases in May, I'd predict December 2013/January 2014

Isn't games made on the PC and then ported to consoles??? Lol

Yukicore4170d ago

It doesn't matter what the game is made on, it matters what it is made for.

Just because I make a waffle with your waffle-maker doesn't mean that I am making it for you.

Mostly all this gen games are made for either X360 or PS3, and then ported to PC, just because performance is more important on the consoles, not the PC, which is also the reason most of the latest PC games perform like crap.

great very great please guys somone tell me the ture really pc version will out!!!!!???????????

Cost of realistic looking movement.

Rockstar need to learn that 12 years of work and 5000 employees doesn’t account for one persons opinion on the internet…

Profchaos36d ago (Edited 36d ago )

Oh and hundreds of millions of dollars in revanue to boot.

Lots of complaints about gta ever since the hd era started and yet it's bugger than its ever been with gta vi up to 180 million trailer views alone. The next game is shaping it be be another genre defining game

MetalGearsofWar36d ago

They already learned they dont have to actually make a great game

sagapo36d ago

The controls of RDR2 felt a but cluncky indeed, but it’s not as bad as some make it out to be. At no point did I get the feeling my experience with the game was held back or ruined by the controls.
But it can never hurt to optimize them a bit, sure.

Zhipp36d ago (Edited 36d ago )

I did accidentally beat someone to death a couple times. An unfortunate mistake but besides that I didn't have any problems with the controlls

jznrpg36d ago

Red Dead Redemption felt clunky at first but I got used to it fairly quick. I thought 2 was easier to control but it could be my experience with the first game helped me out. Great games

Profchaos36d ago

I wouldn't call Rockstar games characters clunky instead they feel like they move with Weight they are not twitch controls press x to instantly snap onto cover the characters instead move like a actor would ducking behind cover they are exposed while they get there.
