Racial slurs, name calling, belittling.. all those things I can handle. Its just trolling at its finest. I can't stand it when kids sing or have shitty music playing loud in the background though. Thank God for the mute option.

For me it's kids fighting/screaming with/at their parents. It's sickening. I use whatever options are available to me in game to make sure I never game with them again. That's not trolling though so I'd better address the topic at hand.

O.T.- Trolling's an illness. The more negative attention a person requires the sicker the individual. When people troll children though it becomes creepy.

I have actually never heard anyone cuss anyone out. If they died they would get angry and swear but not at the perzon that killed them. I play PS3 though. I get mad when i play single player but dont bother during multiplayer. You are going to die every couple of minutes anyway... so i never really saw the point in getting emotionally involved in k/d stats.

I never ever heard someone on X box live trolling, since I dont have X box and X box live in the first place... and I am now surfing in PS3 news section to be honest! And this is in the wrong place with the wrong question!...

I can tell I dont mind any trolling as far as talking.. but if someone try to ruin my online gameplay with doing something stupid.. I have to be a bad cop and beat the shit out of that child in the worst way! :) BF3 helps alot to figure out many ways how to take out people :)

These kids are playing 18 rated games and deserve everything they get and I have no sympathy for them, they are destroying/destroyed the online community of many adult rated titles.

If this were to happen on games aimed at them, PG titles then yes I would feel bad for them.

They have no right to complain as they have no right to be there, the issue is very easily rectified. Also the children in these clips aren't being "verbally abused"

But really, if someone on voice chat can make you cry then you are too young to play that game online, nomatter what your age. Same thing with those tough guys who say they will kill you online. He has no problems playing a war game, seeing death and hearing bad language, but someone got his goat and he started crying. He mentions how he might talk crap after beating me in a game of guitar hero as an example of a troll but if he did that to mee Id tell him he is a "no life looser that is good at playing fake instruments in his mothers basement. We should not let the weak minded people who are sensitive dictate what is and is not permitted. IMO the only people who have the right to be offended are those offended by everything that is offensive. And since there are none of those people in the history of existence id say that noone has the right to be offended by something so little as harassment over xbox live.

Especially not in the context of 5 year olds crying in a game of online COD taht is a FPS WAR game that is rated M+.

These little craps cry when they spill their cheerios too. Does that mean that we should alter the bowl and the people who use them or should the little kid just eat a pop tart? I think we all know the answer to that question.

Edit-- yeah above, if you let your little cry baby play COD online you are a BAD parent and it is all your fault when he hears bad stuff online for letting him play the game or not atleast disabling voice chat. If I bring my 5 year old to a concert and he gos in the mosh pidt and gets crushed is it the rowdy concert goers faut of the crap parent? If there is a band that plays offensive music and you go to their concert do you have the right to get offended, complain, and expect the band to play something differnet?

Anyone here played MAG with the epic proxy chatter? Incredible amounts of abuse to be heard but its usually aimed at the weapon you were using or your play style rather than racial slurs or personal attacks.
