I loved halo 2 mp. Te single player was...ok. It did add much tho like hijacking etc that we should be thankful for.

In my opinion Halo 2 was one of the best.
-Dual Wield
-Hijack
-New Vehicles
-Perspective from both sides of the war (Covenant&UNSC)
-Kick Ass Multiplayer
-Expands on why Covenant are fighting and how their life/government works

Can't rememeber anything that great from Combat Evolved, but the later games have their moments. Not expecting much from 4.

Great Moments for me in Halo CE;

1.Opening cutscene with Stg Johnson giving the marines a speach. The great bit was that the lines were random, so you never knew which lines he was going to say, but they were all awesome!

2. Landing on the ring and doing the first stage. Driving the warthog for the first time.

3. Landing on the scilent Cartographer for the first time. The beach landing.

4. Sneaking up on the Jackles having a meeting and tossing a frag right in the middle of them all.

I could go on...

5. rescuing captain keys.

6. The whole swamp level where you first encounter the flood. that feeling that something is wrong but not quite sure what..

7. Trying to rescue keys for a second time only to discover he is a giant blob !

8. the whole level were you are trying to find the map room.

9. Driving the scorpion for the first time and watching your marines jump on the sides.
