Gary Whitta is already a well-known scriptwriter, having penned movies such as The Book of Eli, and contributed to games like Gears of War and Prey. He’s now overseeing narrative development at Telltale Games, and penned the recently-released Episode Four of The Walking Dead, “Around Every Corner”. Jason Imms sits down with Gary to discuss how they go about writing their scripts, how they aim to kill off the characters you love most, and what it takes to make a player wrestle with hard decisions.

Was inevatble that hey'll kill someone off to start you on a new when the second season starts (eventually). One thing is for sure.. I gave Ben what he deserved in that clock tower.. Never liked that teenage dirt bag.
Heartless, but very effective story telling. That's why I love this series, because it really feels like an apocalypse where no character is safe.

At any rate, the story is gripping from what I did see: it's all like the basement scenes in the 2005 War of the worlds where everyone else a derivative of that nutjob with the shovel.
Lee could die, and then Clementine could be main char...
